Hi-WAX™ exhibits excellent compatibility with PVC, helping reduce peak and steady torque during compounding and control gelation time.

Usage
Instructions

Dry blend Hi-WAX™ with PVC powder, stabilizers, calcium carbonate, and calcium stearate, then extrude using an extruder.

Effect

Acts between the metal surface of the molding machine and PVC resin to provide lubricity and mold release, preventing thermal degradation of the resin. In extrusion, it reduces power consumption and increases output; in injection molding, it improves product appearance.
