Hi-WAX™ for Textile Processing Applications

Hi-WAX™ is a highly effective additive for improving the processability and performance of textiles. It imparts various functionalities such as flexibility, lubricity, abrasion resistance, water repellency, and anti-static properties.

Usage Instructions: Disperse high acid value or acid-modified types of Hi-WAX™ in water to form an emulsion. Immerse the textile to coat its surface, then heat-dry to form a film on the fiber surface.
Effect: Coating cotton or polyester fabrics with wax imparts lubricity, improves high-speed sewability and tear strength, prevents shrinkage during resin processing, and enhances texture.
