  • *1 After storing the surface treated metal at 85ºC and 85% RH for 750 and 1,500 hours, injection molding and various tests are performed (pot life test)

  • *2 After injection molding, the bonded test specimens are subjected to temperature changes 500 and 1,000 times, where one time involves a holding time of 30 minutes when reaching -40ºC and 150ºC (only 85ºC for PP) respectively, after which various tests are performed.
  • *3 Following injection molding, the bonded test specimens are stored at 85ºC and 85% RH for 750 and 1,500 hours, after which various tests are performed.
