To commemorate the 30th anniversary of the launch of the MR™ Series, Mitsui Chemicals have decided to run the “Eyeglass Lens Train” for a one-year period in cooperation with Matsuura Railway (MR), which has similarly just celebrated its 30th anniversary. A train ride event was held on April 21st this year for eyeglass-wearing railway enthusiasts, who toured the railways facilities and then, while wearing the brightness control “Neo Contrast™” lenses made by Mitsui Chemicals’, enjoyed the view of the coastline from the train window.
