Organization Restructuring Effective April 2023

Mitsui Chemicals, Inc. (Tokyo: 4183; President & CEO: HASHIMOTO Osamu) today announced that it will implement the following organization restructuring as part of an effort to speed up company-wide efforts to achieve its long-term goals.
The move is set to advance the “pursuing business portfolio transformation” and “bolstering circular economy initiatives” strategies of the company’s VISION 2030 Long-Term Business Plan.
