Mitsui Chemicals, Inc. (Tokyo: 4183; President & CEO: HASHIMOTO Osamu) hereby announces the following division-level reorganization, effective as of April 1, 2021.
The Digital Transformation Division will be established.
＜Purpose＞
With regard to Digital Transformation* (hereinafter, referred to as "DX"), DX division will accelerate DX initiatives throughout the company. In particular, it promptly implements them in each business sector and corporate division, in addition to production & technology and R&D center.
Please refer to the attached division-level organization chart for changes after this reorganization.
