Mitsui Chemicals, Inc. (Tokyo: 4183; President & CEO: HASHIMOTO Osamu) today announced that it will implement the following organization restructuring on April 1, 2025, to further the promotion of the Group-wide Basic Strategy under the VISION 2030 Long-Term Business Plan.

Change the name and responsibilities of the Affiliates Coordination Division and establish the Regional Strategy Division. |
| （2）Transfer of sector for Mitsui Chemicals Asahi Life Materials Co., Ltd. |
Nonwovens company Mitsui Chemicals Asahi Life Materials Co., Ltd. is aiming to bolster its efforts for industrial materials as a key segment. In order to accelerate business growth in the ICT sector going forward, the company will be transferred out of the Life & Healthcare Solutions Business Sector and become a direct affiliate under the ICT Solutions Business Sector. |
