This is the 5th consecutive year that the Company has received this award. 

The Company is committed to proactive IR activities across the entire group, while ensuring timely and appropriate disclosure of fair and highly transparent information to maintain and enhance trust with its diverse stakeholders. This time, the Company was highly evaluated for its information disclosure practices, including active involvement of top management in IR activities, as well as enhanced disclosure of ESG-related information*.

About Awards for Excellence in Corporate Disclosure by SAAJ

The Corporate Disclosure Study Group established by SAAJ evaluates quality, volume and timing of nominated companies’ information disclosure in accordance with the five key items listed below.

  1. Attitude of top managements toward IR activities, function of IR department, companies’ fundamental approach to IR activities
  2. Information disclosure through announcement sessions, interview and informational materials
  3. Fair disclosure
  4. Information disclosure related to ESG
