Applications
Filler dispersant
Uses
Mix Hi-WAX™ and fillers to make masterbatches, and then feed masterbatches and resin into an extruder for molding.
Availability
Fillers covered with the modified low molecular weight polyolefin can disperse uniformly in the matrix base resin.
It leads to the excellent balance of mechanical and surface properties.
Recommended grades
1105A, 1120H, 1160H, 220MP, 4202E

Pigment dispersant
Uses
Add Hi-WAX™ and pigment to the three-roll-mill to make up the color base.
Availability
It is possible to manufacture high content color master batches because Hi-WAX™ is compatible with pigment and expresses excellent kneading behavior into the higher shear of the extruder.
Recommended grades
PE/PP: 420P, 720P
PVC: 320MP, 4202E
PS/ABS: 1160H

Slip agent for PVC
Uses
Add PVC powder, stabilizer, calcium, calcium stearate and Hi-WAX™ to the twin screw extruder.
Availability
It is possible to express excellent slip properties and prevent the degradation of PVC because Hi-WAX™ affects the area between the surface of the molder and melting PVC.
Extrusion: Saving power consumption and increasing productivity.
Injection: Improving the appearance of the molding.
Recommended grades
Rigid PVC(Pipes, Fittings), Soft PVC(Wire & Cable, Sheets): 220MP, 4202E

Textile treatment agent
Uses
Disperse Hi-WAX™ in hot water to make up wax emulsion. Immerse textiles in the emulsion to attach wax to the surface of the textile, then dry heat.
Availability
It is possible to improve high-speed sewing, tear strength and texture.
Recommended grades
Shrink-proof: 4202E, 4051E
Sewing improvement: 4051E, 4052E
Texture improvement: 1105A, 2203A

Release agent for injection molding
Uses
Add pellets of ABS, PS, etc. and Hi-WAX™ to the injection molder.
Availability
It is possible to express excellent releasability and improve the molding cycle and extrusion properties such as die maintenance.
Recommended grades
PC, PBT, PA: 405MP, 720P, 800P
ABS: 200P, 400P, 220MP
PS: 1120H, 1160H
